About Longleaf

Longleaf is a beautiful community located in Trinity Florida, which is within Pasco County. The community carries a Southern style (with a touch of modern) with a cozy and friendly atmosphere. There are beautifully landscaped parks, lakes, and plenty of amenity areas. The homes of in this community are old-style plantation homes with most having large front porches and surrounded by a white picket fence. The community offers residents plenty to do in the community with a baseball field, playground, dog park, soccer field, and picnic area. You can spend your day walking or jogging around the community or just sit and enjoy the day on one of the many park benches throughout the community.

There are three lakes within Longleaf and a playground for the kids to enjoy. There is also a dog walk park for your four-legged friends and a picnic area for weekend get-togethers.

The Longleaf community is centrally located with access to many amenities in the area. You are just minutes from Trinity Hospital, a child learning center, Baycare medical, and an elementary school. If you are up for a little shopping, you are close to Super Target, Home Depot, Walgreens, and other shopping plazas within 1 to 2 miles. You can also hop on the Suncoast Highway for access to the Tampa Bay area, which is only about eight minutes away. The community is located off of Starkey Boulevard near the intersection of 54.

Longleaf is a Community Development District (CDD) in Trinity Florida. The community has constructed and maintains responsibility for many improvements and facilities within the district. Only about half of planned development has been completed and there is more future development planned for the expansion of this community. There are many conservation areas throughout the community to maintain the natural beauty of the area.
